So all the comments from people who were there and stated blacks were targeting whites are lies, and all the images showing a large black mob are photoshopped? Good grief!
The only problem is that if the rest of the drawing is to be believed, that torpedo is going to hit the sand. The only way waves break like that is on a beach.
The clouds in the upper left look like they are from a volcano.

Based on what I read, the protestors/demonstrators were mostly SEIU/NEA-type union members, which, in Milwaukee County are likely to be mostly black-skinned, not great in number and not “rioting.” I do not believe there was a “race riot.”
Brief report in Wis. State Journal, Madison:
“The State Fair’s open for business, but Gov. Scott Walker barely got through the opening ceremony Thursday as a slew of protesters shouted him down during his opening remarks.
This video on YouTube shows Walker almost heroically plugging through his remarks as the crowd shouted, “Shame, Shame, Shame,” then ended with chants of, “Recall Walker.”
The incident got little coverage, but here’s a story from WISN 12, the ABC affiliate out of Milwaukee.”
Maybe after some of these libtarts get a beatdown by out of control black youth they may engage their brains

That was at the opening ceremony, and was a ‘DEMONstratation’.
This is in reference to the racial attacks by mobs of black “youths” on the midway late in the evening; and also mob attacks on people leaving as the fair was closing for the night. There were even large groups of them running into the streets to block vehicles and attacking .
The same thing happened last year; and I do believe both of the years before that.
