Sounds good. We’re having boneless chicken breast with my cheap go-to marinade, Italian salad dressing (though I did add some fresh lemon juice).
Another marinade is a couple of cups of orange juice and juice from 1 lime. Zest the lime and put that in too. Add 1/3 cup veg oil and chopped cilantro. Kosher salt and a bit of pepper. A little cayenne pepper if you want a kick. Let marinade for several hours at least.
My favorte marinade for chicken is 1/2 c olive oil,1/4c basamic vinegar,black pepper and garlic.MMMMM now I want chicken.
Haha yea, that would sure work :) Probably get pretty expensive after the first one or two times grilling though :p
