I think Eric, the author of the piece, has it down cold. Based on everything I have heard, seen and read this is the exact scenario they are going to follow and I also believe Boehner is a willing accomplice to Reid, McConnell and Pelosi.

Lately I feel like we are all sitting on the edges of our chairs, waiting for the insult that breaks the camels back (to multi-metaphor). Which one will it be? --------------------------
They will figure out how to hoodwink Americans, like they did on the 'continuing resolution.' Promise one thing, deliver a another. We shall see.... To most normal Americans cutting gov't spending by roughly 25% is the only 'real' thing to do. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says ''the best advise I can give you John is to ignore any symptoms and also ignore the concerns from taxpayers that will arise after taking your blue pill medication. Your friendly, progressive DNC is the medication expert and is there to help you... steer for the cliff!'' /sarc

And we are letting them. Because we are helpless. Impotent.
The death of our country is on the horizon, and we are going to accept it.
The five stages of accepting death are:
Denial (this isn't happening to me!)
Anger (why is this happening to me?)
Bargaining (I promise I'll be a better person if...)
Depression (I don't care anymore)
Acceptance (I'm ready for whatever comes)
We are now in the acceptance phase.

This is probably right on target. When they cave Tammy Faye will come out sniffing in his hanky and say “Thats all we could get”. Sad but true.

“Until we walk on Washington with pitchforks, we are tools, uh, toys.”
Well, why don’t we do it?
I have been calling every day. I’ve called Boehner, Cantor, the WH, my dim dem rep, my dim dem senator (Menendez, I don’t usually call Lautenberg because I think he is actually dead).
I’ll go to DC, on the weekend, no problem.

The Democrats are the Criminal Party. The Republicans are the Stupid Party. And- some Republicans are Democrats. The Republicans are not stupid. They know exactly what they are doing. They aren't caving. They aren't surrendering. The Republicans are just as criminal as the Democrats. They all have the same elitist worldview and they all work together toward the exact same Globalist Agenda. But for some reason the average conservative chump chalks up craven, calculated Republican back stabbing to stupidity. Insane.
