95F here in Indiana isn’t all that unusual but it’s rarely coupled with 60 to 70% humidity during the daytime hours.
Our friends in the gulf states must have installed a new and improved humidity pump.
Okay... that still don’t make any difference that the parking lot literally stuck to my feet this afternoon at work and I left a nice set of foot prints on an asphalt tarmac...
Hotter than hell in Indy coupled with high humidity.

It’s only 89 here in Northern PA.
Dayton Oh at 2:00pm, 95 degrees, dewpoint 81, for a heat index of 113.
I don’t recall ever seeing a dewpoint that high before. I know it is impossible to breathe.

just heard this on local radio today here in MN:
” today’s heat index feels 156 degrees warmer than the coldest windchill factor (-44) this past winter”
no wonder I hate it here.
