Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
I agree with every word you said. To the “T”. Especially your second paragraph.
Not even a special smoke break.
OH Yeah, they are as serious as a heart attack. GREAT.
I agree with your #165. I too would declare my innocence, no matter what “the rules of the game” are.
There must be more to the numerous stolen checks from the motherOne of the local TV stations got the transcript from one of the sidebars, and Ashton warned Biaz that the prosecution had hundreds of Cindy's checks that Casey had forged, and that if Casey took the stand, they could and would bring that into the trial.
Apparently, that was part of the reason they decided not to have Casey testify.
I think what happened was that Casey looked up chloroform to learn how she could drug her daughter to go out partying
She would dope her up and let her sleep in the truck, while mommy was out partying.
A little too much and she’s dead- didn’t mean to kill her, but it’s still felony murder
So... do what she always does- lie and put off the inevitable
Remember hwo she keept beggin her mom for “one more day” before calling the police?
That’s interesting, though it still might be a struggle for the jury to “work through”, so to speak. Maybe she did it before - drugging, duct tape over the mouth (not nose), etc. and her past experience leads her to believe the baby wouldn’t die. Of course, that would not negate your point about a reasonable person. A reasonable person could certainly expect that this would cause death.
Baby getting old enough to say Mommy gave me medicine and put me in the trunk.
Baby must be silenced forever.

I know you don’t need a motive. But that is EXACTLY why I think Caylee had to be eliminated.
And yes, there is often a difference in girls and boys in verbalization (my husband says girls never stop talking once they start!)
Didn’t Murphy say something about “mob hit”, or “mob influence” during that diatribe on Geraldo? I can’t quite remember, but something put that visual in my head.
I’m with you on your gut feeling that it is a terrible thing to think about them suppressing ANY evidence in a case like this.
But, of course Cindy has been proven to be almost as big a liar as Casey. There is someting on that ...rose... website that references Cindy saying that the DA is up for re-election, needs a big case, etc.
True! Although, if you’ve ever watched the Law & Order UK version, they solve EVERY case with video! lol They must have a camera on every single street from every angle!
The area was flooded. As we found out from Kronk. She was in a low area.
Tim said that they had already lost an ATV. He didn’t want to :
1) have any of the searchers injured
2) take the chance of running over the body and destroying evidence.
Plus Georges friend told him that George thought the answer was in that room (CASEY’s). And as we know she wasn’t talking. Well she was talking, but it was all lies.
Toxicology testing never revealed any drugs
A reasonable person could certainly expect that this would cause death.

Exactly. Which is also why the defense played the not competent card again last week. By the fact she is competent to stand trial, she must therefore be competent to know that her actions could have caused death.
And I agree, that she probably did it before (at least the drugging) and nothing happened so she kept doing it.
I remember hearing about a case several years ago, where a woman went on a date to a drive in movie and put her kids in the trunk of the car (with snacks) while she was on her date and they suffocated. She got murder one.
” .....Ashton warned Biaz that the prosecution had hundreds of Cindy’s checks that Casey had forged, and that if Casey took the stand, they could and would bring that into the trial.” ====
That must explain it. But that is certainly a lot of money for Cindy not to know about. Cindy must have kept Casey in style to a large extent. Pride thing with Cindy.
They have to draw the line in some things that really make no difference. The State couldn’t bring in all of the theft by Casey, even from Amy during those 31 days! That was prejudicial - so the defense got a break there. Something as simple as a photo of Caylee with a “I love my Mommy” statement printed on it would be prejudical. So just using that term doesn’t automatically mean something like porn.
I can’t say that I recall all the outrageous scenarios and implications Murphy regirgitated. She did allude to child pornography also, but she is such a broad flame thrower I didn’t internalize all that she said but for the attorney suppression business, which I have to believe she largely distorted and enlarged. Wendy may be windy.
I could envision Cindy asking Caylee about her play day with Zanny, or any of the many non existent folks and caylee saying “who?”
Tim Miller, Texas Equusearch, will be on Fox News shortly.
Me too..civil trial...only 6 jurors...2 day trial..we got the case at 11AM on the 3rd day....went into the jury room..were all agreed to vote for the defendant..but three ladies wanted their lunch...so we waited until after lunch..gawd..
I can pretty much guess why the jury hasn’t come back convicting the sociopathic freak yet..juror #4 and juror #5(The Miss I refuse to judge anyone juror) I bet those two jurors are holding up the entire jury
