Mid 60s and raining ...Anoreth will by dyin'.
We all went to the pool. Vacation Bible School starts tomorrow. Vlad will be going. Outrageous excitement of doing something without his brothers!!! Also, they get to share a room while Bill and Tom are at camp.

While Anoreth was here, we had James in with Tom, Pat, and Vlad, but with Tom gone, the other three all get beds. James is nagging me to send them to bed because he’s so excited about it!

And with that, I’m taking my aggravating bundle and going to bed. See all y’all tomorrow day!

Pat told James he couldn’t sleep in a bed. James may do Pat an injury, if I don’t do it first. Three byos, not counting our Other Brother James, and three beds.
Speaking of Pat, I put him through his BSA swimming test at the pool this evening, and he’ll pass. He goes to camp Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning, leaving the room to James and Vlad for a couple of nights.

I’m waiting for Pat’s next scintillating note.
He’s so cool!

I’ll remind Pat. He has many fascinating things to say about computer games!
Maybe they’ll all sleep later if they’re up nattering for hours. As long as it doesn’t get loud enough to wake Frank.
It’s nice outside now - low 80s, not much humidity. I wandered out in my nightgown to spray soap solution on my vegetables. I may have a full-size bell pepper in a couple of days, if it’s not et.

Rabbits?
Have ‘em digging bunkers for no apparent reason.
They really do love digging for some reason.
I guess it is some genetic predisposition.
They stand there with their hands held in proper ‘digging’ position and affirm that all is right with the world by stating the obvious:
“Dig!”
As for hats, they like their aussie bush hats for some strange reason.

97 yesterday with 81% humidity. Moderately brutal, but the swimming pool helped a lot.

Could be worse. It’s supposed to hit 98 today with the same kind of humidity...

Or in the laundry room ...
Turns out my keyboard problem was gunge in the keys, not the batteries. 81 now, but it’s supposed to be in the 90s later. I should go water the vegetables.

Gunge isn’t so bad. It’s when you get either gunk or some kind of sticky crud that you are in deep doo-doo.

Indeed. I picked out the gunge with the blade of a kitchen knife.
