Hey Laz, are you a Christian? The above statement reflects my perspective regarding myself personally. It is a significant part of what brought me to Jesus and why I am so grateful for His grace. It is also the “odd twist” of Christianity: We don’t deserve it.

We truly have a gracious God and I am anxious to “see clearly” after His return.

Actually, Laz is right. It happened in the garden. And had God not had a plan that led to the death of His son, we really would be screwed. But I think I know where Laz is going with this. It’s subtle, but his post is great. One interprets it based on their own position on the subject and may find meaning that is not actually in the words he uses. ;)

Interestingly, my best friend (who is also my ex pastor) wrote a book on this subject. It’s called “and no religion too - thoughts on the spectator church”.

It may actually bring you BACK to church, but from a different perspective. He once jokingly told me he chooses a church based on the quality of their potlucks. He was only half kidding, but like in your op, there was a subtle hidden meaning :)

I used to think that virtually all FREEPERS were amongst the most informed and the bravest at facing reality. OBVIOUSLY, that is no longer true when the EXPECTATION, if not the law hereon IS TO KOWTOW to the MSM's constructions on reality! Now, I'm FORCED to realize that many of the loftier, brighter, even somewhat informed FREEPERS are evidently willfully walking around in denial, living with their heads in the sand--pretending to be informed while marching to the MSM's tune, singing the MSM's songs about what's 'real.'
