Her mother looked awful too..terribly thin..to the point she looked far older than her years when she was younger. Then she became ill...Maria I think takes after her mother..she once was really attractive but in recent years has got far thinner ( you can never be too rich or too thin) and she now looks a decade older than what she is..
I think they have just grown apart..he wants his movie career ( which I didn’t think much of in the first place) and she wants some tv time and I think to work on the ALZ research issue as her father died of this terrible disease. It is a disease I understand far too well.
No kidding. This is pretty annoying. She doesn’t look so good, but what is HE? Eek. Meanwhile, we forget it probably doesn’t have anything to do with what either of them looks like today.

Funny how things work out. When I was a kid I wanted to look like Arnold. I still run four miles and work out regularly. Based on the more recent version of Arnold...I bet he wishes he looked like me. Maybe not Mr. Universe level, but pretty damn good at 55...and a hell of a lot better than the guy in that foto on the right.

There is millions and millions of women that look worse, and are fully loved by their husband. Looks mean nothing after so many years of marriage. Love is not a look.

There really is something about really good kind people which shows through. My Mother was a Scottish lassie tho her family had been in America for at least a couple hundred years. Every single ancestor, Mother Fathers on and on were all Scottish except her Mother who was named “White” (I think White could have been English but maybe not)Now Grandma Mac died before I remember her but my siblings say she is the reason Mother was so kind, gentle and loving as well as tough plus proud and Grandpa Mac is responsible for the blood of real scottish heroes running through her veins.
Mother had been a real beauty and her kindness was immediately obvious to anyone who met her. Even in her 80’s when she had lost some of her outward beauty of bright blue eyes and sandy black hair, you could still see the good in her face.
I’m sure you’re absolutely gorgeous yourself, just like a movie star, and that you look staggeringly attractive when you’re examining your teeth.
Thanks for the post, LowOil. It made me feel better. I see a lot of old couples who are way past their beauty prime walking hand in hand together. You can tell they’ve had a wonderful life with each other just by looking at them. They have what most of us would give anything for and it has nothing to do with looks.
