I remember when she banged someone else’s car. She just got into her own and drove away, even though she damaged someone else’s parked car.
At that time I thought, she’s missing something from her conscience. That behavior is the type of thing most people don’t really notice, but it speaks volumes to those who pay attention. If you bring it up, people discount it, but it’s a red flag.
No matter how much money she has, she doesn’t think anything about walking out of a store with unsecured property. It’s just not that important to her.
It’s the same thing with Obama. There is so much wrong with what he says and does, but most people don’t pick up on it. They just don’t see.

the thing i've notice about her is she is a liar... she lies... she does ridiculous things and then lies about them... makes up silly stories that no intelligent person would believe to cover up her lack of character... it's like when a child lies to his parents to cover up something... it's so obvious to the parents, but the kid thinks it's believable... she lies about why she didn't show up on the set... she lies about stolen jewelry, hit and runs... she lies about why her ankle bracelet alarm device went off... she is a liar...
Just because a DA files charges doesn’t mean a court has to accept them. If they go to court with no real evidence the judge can dismiss the charges.
She’ll be placed in protective custody and never see another inmate. The rich and famous live under different rules than the rest of us.

True. But if reports are accurate, they have a complaining witness (the store owner). They have video surveillance of Lohan exiting the store wearing the necklace in question. There's an absence of a sales receipt. And, Lohan made a de fact admission of possession when she sent her "assistant" to the police station to return the necklace and claim it was all a big misunderstanding.
It's difficult to imagine a scenario where this doesn't survive a motion to dismiss.
