I haven’t been able to watch any of this season. The little synopsis at abc.com is useless.
Its still better then the endless reality shows and cop dramas that are on every channel all night every night.
Man, that crap gets old.
correct. That is why I am going to try to watch some of the episodes at a couple of the sites that were listed
Agreed. I watched Detroit 1-8-7 for a bit and Hawaii Five O for a while. They were well done, but enough of the cop shows already.
Justified and Terriers. We want the new episodes. Now.
Dolly, could you please add me to your ping list?
I haven’t missed an episode this season. I’m kinda sorta addicted. ;^)
Shelayne, I have added you. Welcome!
As long as Morena Baccarin is in it, I’ll watch.
I saw a movie a week ago, don’t remember the name. There was a cute woman in it.
Played a wife that ‘strayed’ at every chance.
Really cute, she looked familiar but I couldn’t place her.
Watched the credits, it was Morena.
I remember when Tbs or TNT were beginning to show reruns of Angel (after it had been cancelled by its network). The promo spoke of a "vampire with a conscience". The promo could not bring itself to use the word "soul", yet the show used it constantly.
I thought it was a good episode.
Far better than the original ‘V’ series
I still haven’t seen the first 3 episodes. I feel a bit in the fog as a result.
I’m disturbed by the use of religion — the Catholic Church — in this episode. But, as long as they don’t bash the Pope, I’m willing to watch it.
So far, these past few episodes have lacked substance, though.
Hahahahahahahhaha... but
now
that
I
think
about
it....
Life .... Art ..... Spooky ..... Call David Ickes~~~!!! and Alex Jones!!!!!
Yes, the demonstartion of a "miracle" of blue energy was infantile.
Every Bible literate person knows that demons have the ability to do extraordinary things. It's a skinny plot device to have a Cardinal at the Vatican be wowed by such simple theatrics.
Furthermore, to imply that Christianity is based soley upon miracles is denigrating to Christians.
But, afterall, its a TV show, so we'll see where it goes.
Yes, the idea that a TV drama could do justice to a concept like the human soul is a stretch. But even if they can address it in an honest, if superficial level then its more than most TV shows will do.
Yeah, I agree. Not a single Priest in that room wouldn’t have said “Faith is not based on miracles”, not a single Cardinal would have told Anna that the magicians of Pharoah produced miracles to counter Moses?
Written by people who have passing knowledge at most of Christianity.
