The story of Mrs Sarkozy’s conversation with Mrs Obama may or may not be true, but “Carla’s upbringing & discretion”? Really? Be serious. She has been fairly public about her past lovers and has appeared in the nude. She has also made some public statements in interviews about the state of sexual desire in her marriage, so if she is prepared to say such things to the press, she is not a paragon of gentility and reserve. And do kindly note that I employed the caveat “is said to have” had this conversation with Michelle.
