It would be better if you could find a way to teach it those in elected office in DC
Janine Turner of the old TV show Northern Exposure now does Constitution lessons for all age groups especially for kids.

There are links to all the previous threads in Pub's ping.
Dr. William Bennett has a website where you can go to get educational resources for your own kids, to home school or whatever your need. I don’t have a link, but just google it and be sure to use the words U.S. Constitution in your search.
You might want to check http://constitutingamerica.org/
Great site for studying the Constitution, Federalist Papers, etc.

If it can be comprehended on a 6th grade level we could send it to all the progressive democrats. But, only if;)
- As written?
- As interpreted by a sane person?
- As interpreted by a liberal?
- As enforced by Zero?
A roll of toilet paper would make an excellent teaching tool to explain Zero's interpretation.
One other poster has suggested you add a discussion/curriculum area about the Federalist Papers. I agree.
The perfect troika is a study of:
The Declaration of Independence (followed by)
The U.S. Constitution (followed by)
The Federalist Papers (used to ‘sell’ the new federal republican government to states that just fought a war to not have a king)
I recommend the following for the Federalist Papers discussion — http://www.amazon.com/Federalist-Papers-Modern-Language-Political/dp/0936783214
That book is a great read for you as well.
Federalist Papers...
watch this video, gives ideas.
Just take the lessons for 6 y/o kids, slow them down a little, and you should have a chance.
Here’s a bunch of stuff from the Gummint - Dep’t of Education::
