Kirby Wilbur is working with Americans for Prosperity and the Evergreen Freedom Foundation, I think now.

I work (and am friends with) his son, and get pretty regular updates.

He also teaches history at various schools in the area.

KTTH is a great station, but it’s hardly a broadcasting blowtorch...The signal gets pretty tenuous north of Mount Vernon.

I liked Bryan Suits...His irreverant humor (often inappropriate) was up my alley, but can see how he drove others away.

Conservative talk radio uses too many big words for Seattle's population.

Hey! Hubba gooby, fru froo! You Mister!

Not a finger!

I don’t care to open that can of worms here on Election Day, of all times.

As far as I’m concerned, Hussein has demonstrated his lack of qualifications just by being the traitorous Marxist that he is.

Medved, however, comes unglued whenever someone raises the issue. That’s what I’m talking about.

Beyond that, “Birther” is straight out of DU and is an attempt to create a parrallel between 9-11 Truthers and people who question the Natural Born Citizenship of the Won. Not comparable situations at all but the left tries to make the connection. That is why I never use that “B-word.”

And in another six months, they’ll become a Spanish station.

KVI from 1993 to 2003 was probably the best radio station I will ever hear in my life with hosts like Kirby Wilbur, Mike Siegel, John Carlson and Michael Medved. And of course Rush Limbaugh. Apparently, the current owners are looking at the bottom line and think they can make more money with oldies. It used to be a joke that talk radio was the most popular format and if it wasn't for that “we'd be playing oldies”. Now it's come full circle it seems.

Horrible, just horrible.
My wife and I are crushed.
We’ve gone to sleep listening to KVI during the day and Coast to Coast for 13+ years.
At least Mark Levin audio can be found at his website.

Makes me think that damn Soros has gotten his hand into Clearwater Broadcasting and is subverting conservative radio stations.
There is no way that KVI had low ratings. Everyone I know listened to that
I am sooooooo pissed.

We are under attack.

Find your favorite shows streaming online.

They are all available for free, somewhere.

Some cons. shows are on AM 1590 now

>>Seattle loses conservative talker KVI (570), gains “Freedom 1590”

Today (11/15) Fisher converts KVI, the country’s oldest major-market all-conservative talk station to oldies. In a surprise move, cross-town operator Salem Communications is seizing the opening, and dropping the brokered-ethnic programming on its KLFE (1590). It is using many of the personalities of its Salem Radio Network: Bill Bennett, Mike Gallagher, Dennis Prager and Hugh Hewitt. There’s also Westwood’s Dennis Miller and Citadel Media’s Mark Levin. The market’s other conservative talk outlet is Bonneville’s “Truth” KTTH (770)
