This is totally mean spirited.
Sounds like this guy does need to be locked up. If an owner does not want to manage their dogs, then they don’t deserve them.

I did not comment to say anything about a duplicate. This story has legs and deserves to be posted. I think killing the man’s dog was crazy. This is a small town and people know each other.

I’m with you on this one. I’m fed up with selfish bastids that have dogs and don’t care for them, don’t give them enough room to run, let them bark bark bark all hours of the day, let them run around and crap on others’ property, and so forth.
So I guess I’m a “good little citizen” too. Oh well, so be it.
