First of all, thank you all for the ideas and replies.

Per your advice, here’s my plan:

#1- Load my S&W M and P, go next door, fire four warning shots into his tires, and when he comes outside and looks at his big expensive mudtires blobbed on the ground and screams “WHY?!” I’ll say: “You know why.” Then I’ll walk backwards across the alley to my door and shut it softly.

#2- Go to Lowes and get 2(?) 10’ sticks of rebar, 4 bags of fast-setting quickcrete, a trowel, and more ammo from the sports store next door. No one wants a depleted supply.

#3 - Back at the ranch, I’ll clear the dirt and gravel away from the curb. Then I’ll put down a 1-rock layer of gravel. On top of that, the rebar, staggered to stretch the length of the driveway opening. (Or should the rebar be higher up in the final product?) Then I’ll pour the dry concrete mix on top of the rebar and gravel, perhaps layering it with gravel as I go, though I don’t know if I have to do this layering or not.

#4- Wet down the dry mix with the hose and mark it off so people won’t drive on it for the 45 minutes until it hardens (according to the info on Lowes.com’s product description.)

Did I miss any steps?

Thanks again for your help. I don’t know what I’d do without FR. (Donate!)

(ps- I’m not really going to shoot anything.)
