Also, I found it VERY lame when the LEOs decided to make the RO public about half a week later, their contention being that everybody already knew all the details.

See, I do NOT believe that Michael Cook released it to the media. WHY would he do that????

It was either the LEOs or somebody in Kyron's family who wasn't the stepmom -- so it's pretty darn strange that they're having a Contempt Hearing for Terri showing it to Mike, who allegedly photographed it and showed it to 2 others.

Because SOMEBODY gave it to the media, and they obviously do NOT care about that.

Seriously, I have NO idea why Desiree & Kaine have ever claimed that "Kyron is ALIVE!! --- but when they did so, they never made any plea to his kidnappers, nor had ANY message directed to Kyron, himself.

NO idea.

I'm not even watching Dateline tonight, I've had it. And giving more thought to that strange "Off The Record" meeting with the press -- I no longer trust the MSM for ANYTHING whatsoever they have to say about Terri Moulton or about the search for Kyron Horman. I do NOT trust any of them.

I'll tell ya, were one of my kids held by a kidnapper I'd be screaming into every available camera, "I love you, I love you, We'll FIND you, mama's gonna get YOU home.

Nothing. Not ONE word to either son Kyron, not one message to his caretakers and/or kidnappers.

And I'm supposed to seriously believe that the Wicked Stepmother was a lousy hands-off parent?????????

Were I to learn that Desiree had absconded with him and had him enrolled in a secret private prep school, it would not shock me. Were I to learn that Tony had flown him to a nice family in Florida to spend the summer, it would not shock me. Were I to learn that one of his school teachers or his friends' parents simply took matters into their own hands and sent him to Arizona with reliable mature adults, it would not shock me. Were I to learn that Kyron is in California with Kaine's family and/or friends, it would NOT shock me.

So I am even less sure than you about the location of Kyron Horman.

And I have NO idea why the search for him was restricted to a four mile radius.

Were I his parent, I would be on Nancy Grace EVERY single second she permitted me airtime, SCREAMING for the authorities to find my son, wherever he may be.

LOL, one last thing, SP --- if I have a chance, I'd like to watch parts of this trial, because I currently believe that Steve Houze, Terri's attorney, is going to have a feild day, can you imagine defending such an outrageously defamed client???

And finally, one time when I heard the bioparents declare Kyron to be alive, it sounded like it was an AFTERTHOUGHT, the voices themselves sounded akilter, off, something not right.....

Let's hypothesize that Terri IS a clinical psychopath, that hers are not mere "garden variety" compulsive lies.

Let's say that the woman is a clearcut diagnosable PSYCHOPATH with severe narcissism and inability to tell the truth.

IF something along these lines is true, and if Kaine is only now starting to realize the sheer magnitude of the pathology he exposed his kids to, then he is probably in some type of post traumatic shock, over & above not knowing the location of his son.

He might require longterm counseling and then if it's available, long term intense group therapy for Victims of Narcissists and/or Survivors of Psychopaths.

Seriously.

Sociopaths & psychopaths tear holes in the fabric of one's reality, they do irreparable harm and wreak havoc & endless damage in the lives of many they cross.

However, that said, I seriously have no idea if Terri has any psychopathology whatsoever.

READING all about this case has taught me to NEVER speak to LE unless a lawyer is present, to NEVER volunteer information to LE and to demand a search warrant if they ever come to the door.

I would have thought that Steve Houze is working pro bono, given that this case is reknown, far & wide. This sounds like more TRASH-TERRI-in-Public again & again & again & again & again, just HOW is any of this helping to locate Kyron?

I also read at I.S. that on FOX someone remarked that all the searches are going back to Ground Zero, starting over from scratch, allegedly because the initial searches were looking for a living little boy.

I find this really difficult to believe, but apparently the commentator said that they had to go back to square one and change everything to a forensics gathering search.

How many weeks have passed before they decided to do this??????

Wow, I feel absolutely terrible for little Kyron, doesn't it seem the system has let him down?

PORTLAND, Ore. --- DeDe Spicher, identified as a close friend of Terri Moulton-Horman, testified before the grand jury Monday in Multnomah County as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Kyron Horman.

Grand jury proceedings are not open to the public or the media, so it was unknown exactly what Spicher said. However, her attorney did confirm that Spicher was subpoenaed to testify......

At SM forum, for the past dozen pages or so there have been quite a few postings that the investigators are back at the school TODAY... i.e., *now* --- and there are 2 different posters who have mentioned that they returned because yesterday a scent, somewhere, was discovered. One of the 2 posters mentioned on this page that they are awaiting imminent confirmation about the scent -- OR, if it's yet another rumor.

I have NO idea what type of scent, so I don't think that we should jump to conclusions about cadavers, as there could be a whole slew of different odors or their residue in various places which could indicate a whole variety of different conclusions.

Dede's cousin states that the family will get answers tonight or tomorrow about her involvement or lack thereof in the disappearace of Kyron.

How surreal this must be for her family, but partiuclarly for her dad, the part time deputy marina sheriff.

It is my distinct impression, although I've not followed this case from the very beginning, that there are MANY mutual friends of both Hormans who are not particularly happy with Kaine at this time.

However, my impression from many dozens of online postings could be eggregiously inaccurate -- as, afterall, one or two people could have created a multitude of multiple personas to post on all those news sites -- giving the appearance that many of the Hormans' friends are very supported of Terri and for some reason, not entirely clear, not at all happen with her husband.

I’d be front and center of a news conference with a cheap online divorce printout asking for his signature just to get him the heck outta my life. He can shut up or put up. Seems the dogs are the smartest ones on the case. I pray it's not Kyron but on the other hand... I dunno. He has been gone so long. He or his little body shouldn't be left out there, wherever, lost, and needs to be with his family. Maybe there could be some healing... How horrible it would be that he was at the school this whole time...

It is so unsightly what happened to Dede with that awful letter to the public claiming she was hindering attempts to bring Kyron home.

Turns out that last week she spent over 3 and a half HOURS with the lead investigator on the case.....

I found out in a later post that the SM poster was told this by a reporter, but it was nice of them to share before confirmation --- however, IF they find anything tonight, it will set my ~p~a~r~a~n~o~i~a~ hackles off --- like, say, how convenient to find him the evening before a scheduled press conference.... ya know???

However, last week there's another SM poster, the guy who owns Crime in the 21st Century who said that he knew someone who'd already been subpoenaed and had testified to the GJ.

So I'm presuming, like others I've read that MANY friends of Terri's were served search warrants and subponaed to testify.

However, only Dede had her name SMEARED in public, globally.

Anyway, MAYBE, just maybe somebody who's taken a poly or been interviewed by PPD last week actually had a TIP, a real live honest to goodness TIP, and not more vicious hearsay and nasty rumor and malicious innuendo.

It is entirely possible that she convinced Stephen Houze that she is entirely innocent. I remember reading on the Portland newssites posters claiming that there was ONLY *one* question, out of hours of poly questions which didn't show honesty in her answer.

AND, allegedly, the reason she walked out of the 2nd poly was that that ONE question was the ONLY question they asked her ---- for 6 hours!!!!!!

Of course, I don't know the truth of what appeared on that chatboard, but plenty of posters, here & there & about, have all stated, "Just wait until you hear her side of the story. IF Mr. Houze believed her, I imagine he could have gotten her a book contract for a couple million advance.

Well, I wasn’t far off. The GJ didn’t ask Dede anything so what the heck was all this about today? Talk about a waste of time and money. But that’s the norm for courts now days and they wonder why they’re so booked up. Geez, my local news was just complaining about too many cases and how behind they were. Well, how about trying cases instead of all the delay tactics, huh? Last week we had one case come in with all the attorneys and witnesses and the whole shebang to just set a date to set a future date, sigh.
