Where I used to work, we had a special day for kids on Flag Day. All the kids got a little American Flag, for free. Well, as Flag Day approached, I took a look at the inventory that the office manager had from the year previous... they were cheap paper flags glued to bamboo skish kebab skewers and... in small print at the bottom of the flag was printed "MADE IN CHINA".

I pitched an absolute fit, thew out those flags she got from Oriental Trading Company, and with MY OWN MONEY ordered a couple hundred REAL CLOTH, MADE IN USA little 4"x6" flags. I also contacted the local Daughters of The American Revolution chapter and they provided me with a good supply of their U.S. Flag Code pamphlets to give out to the kids along with the flags.

What do you expect from Dollar General?
