You're missing the point.
Obama is a believer in the Afgan war...and the US Military is NOT.
The US Military was given the nasty job of "civilizing" Afghanistan...they asked for 50-60k troops and 4 years to get it done. They also said that short of that commitment, we should withdraw NOW.
For political reasons, Obama gave them 30k troops...and withdraw CERTAIN by July 2011...a year from now.
Net result: Spill the blood of good men for nothing.

We have 3-5 weeks until the SHTF, IMHO. Zero will finally be on his vacation in Indonesia when the nukes detonate here, BTW!

I find it hard to believe Obama is the author of this military plan. Wonder who behind the scenes is really responsible for this? Maybe it’s common knowledge, but I don’t keep up with the war plans.
Thanks, if anyone knows.

conveying their "frustration" with the Afghan war policy They also must have been frustrated by the media covering for Obama and wanted to put the war on the national agenda again.

Let’s get the focus off failure to do anything about the BP oil spill and put it on something Libs hate just as much.
