ROTFLMAO!
No, it means that you’re careful what you say around the grown-ups, or are you too young to remember that?
The primaries are the place to defeat her. She needs defeating. This is our time and hour. This chance to change history may never come again. It’s now or never.
I would remind people of NJ, Va, Mass, Utah, NY, Pa, etc. This is our year for victory. Carpe Diem
And what have I said that annoys “the grownups?”
If you don’t know, you’ve proven my point.
*ping*
I realize that Boxer is a rubber stamp. Plus she is a moron.
But 3 Republicans voted for the Stimulus and they called it a bi-partisan bill.
That does more damage than them passing their crap with a straight party line vote.
Now, if Fiorina will help the GOP get the majority, I’m more open to it.
DeVore is clearly more conservative and he would be the better senator.
That said, a politician who believes that a job isn't an entitlement is a good thing.
A more damaging Carly quote would be the one about Roe v. Wade being settled law.
Ughh!
Carly Fiorina has been endorsed by the National Right to Life, the California Pro-Life Council, and the Susan B. Anthony List.
She is pro-life, pro-traditional marriage, pro-military, and pro-strict border security and against amnesty.
She is against Obamacare and will vote to repeal it and prevent the government takeover of private companies and industries.
Carly is also a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. Like me, she is a member of the NRA, has a 100% NRA rating, and she and her husband are gun owners.
She is pro-energy development and believes as I do in an all-of-the-above approach to energy independence.
She is against cap and tax. And most importantly, Carly is the only conservative in the race who can beat Barbara Boxer. Thats no RINO. Thats a winner.
- Sarah Palin
That’s actually a good question.
“What makes you think youre entitled to a job?”
What does make people think that?
Ignore the stinking polls and stand behind your candidate. You’ve got nothing to lose.
Or a minimum amount of pay (”minimum wage”) for that matter? Isn’t that between the employer and employee?
I agree.
Don’t get me wrong, I would vote rather have DeVore in that seat.
But its seems to me in that statement at least Fiorina is right.
Notice that she used the word “entitled” as in entitlement = the root of fiscal irresponsibility.
Observe Greece.
I’m just saying, you either believe jobs are an entitlement or you don’t (they aren’t). Outsourcing may suck, and may ultimately be bad for the company, but it is at the company’s discretion do whatever they want. Good orgs take care of their employees, bad ones don’t. You can argue she is a bad CEO, but the quotation makes it easier for me to stomach her as the nominee, not harder. I’ll vote DeVore in the primary, and whoever the nominee is in the general.
>>> from your keyboard to my eyes! I was beginning to wonder if anyone around here had any senses left!
Fewer and fewer. The purges changed this place.
Hey, how about we all vote for DeVore because we think he is the best candidate and then he wins
DeVore is surging and may snag it, although many California Republicans just want a win, so they will go for Fiorina because they think she can beat M’am Boxer. I always vote for the best candidiate in the primary and let the chips fall where they may, but many go for the one they think can win after the narrow Hershenson loss to Boxer in ‘92
I will definitely vote for Fiorina in Nov. if she is the Republican candidate
If she actually said “what makes you think you’re entitled to a job,” that would really make me think more highly of her!
No one is ENTITLED to a job.
Hank
both polls show Devore is going nowhere. come back to reality. devore is the walking dead he just doesn't know enough to lay down yet.
The tired old phrase “perfect is the enemy of the good” is not your invention, shows you adopt phase snippets to hand wave away the underlying reality that you’re ready to compromise and accept more of the same RINO behavior that will do nothing more than turn away future voters to the conservative brand, because RINO so-called conservatives are not even close to the real thing, similar to passing off chicken for steak.
In your world you serve up ‘steak’ when every conservative knows it’s chicken, and all you got to say is “perfect is the enemy of the good”? Conservatives should eat what you call ‘steak’ which is really chicken because it’s called steak on the menu?
How about calling it chicken then?
How about telling conservatives to vote for a RINO? At least you would be honest in saying so.
Rejecting FioRINO is not allowing the “perfect to be an enemy of the good” as much as it allows “mediocre phoniness to be passed off for good-enough”.
Think about it.
