So.. When do we start having menstrual cycles? I’ll trade mine in for a Honda.
Why did God give women smaller feet?.. So they could stand closer to the sink.
The more house work i do the more nookie i get
Thry ain’t stud - ied Southern , We don’t clean like the wife.I tried.
Maybe they don’t divorce as often, but let’s see how many of the men die before their wives.
Exactly, that’s my motivation!!!
LOL. I told my wife that if she left me I would have some business cards printed that said:
"Will cook and do laundry for sex"
Funny thing is, a few years ago I was in a store talking with someone and said that, and a female employee about 10 feet away said loudly "Works for me!"
Buddy of mine was at a neighborhood block BBQ and said that he was getting hit on by housewives that found out he did the cooking at home.
At least I'm not bitter. :)
Woosy men make better wives. Great. Fortunately I married a real woman and not a husband wannabe.
If it isn't a partnership it must not be much of a marriage.
“The lowest-risk combination is one in which the mother does not work and the father engages in the highest level of housework and childcare,” the study found.
That’s one dumb man.
It’s called teamwork. I don’t mind picking up my husband’s socks off the floor, but if he never bothered to put them where they belonged, I’d probably start to resent it.
I can see the shopping and minding kids but never the housework.
Uh oh. I didn’t know this was going to turn into the pussy man thread.
When there is a house, kids, and a yard to take care of, it takes about 24 hours worth of work to maintain it all every day: 8 hours of somebody having a good job, plus another sixteen hours of housework/yardwork/childcare/errand-running/cooking/organizing. If one of the partners gets to work only eight hours at a job and then come home and sit around while the other partner is putting in 16 hours, the one sitting around is not likely to get as much nookie from the other exhausted person who is working 16 hours. This is especially true if the one doing the 8 hours has been sitting at a desk while the one doing the 16 hours has been carrying a baby and grocery bags, pushing a lawnmower, pushing a vacuum cleaner, scrubbing, chasing kids, schleppping laundry around, and doing other very physical things, in addition to exercising the patience to teach, read, and answer a million little questions. So you guys don’t actually have to help out, but if the 24 hours of work is divided into two people each doing 12 hours of work instead of one doing 8 and the other doing 16, you’re def going to get more nookie.
The sad fact, though, is that these days the wife usually has to work too.
The lowest-risk combination is one in which the mother does not work and the father engages in the highest level of housework and childcare,
Who’s working the 16 hour days in this scenario?
The mom with little children at home. And by “mother does not work” they mean “mother does not have a corporation cutting her a paycheck.”
Believe me. I usually work full time for a corporation, but years ago I was a stay-at-home mom, and I promise you it was a lot harder. No Saturdays, Sundays, or even Christmas and Thanksgiving off; no vacations; couldn’t even sleep through the night. Constant physical labor from 6 a.m. (if I was luckky) to midnight. Vomit and poop to clean up regularly, lots of home renovation work and landscaping. God, I was exhausted. Loved every minute of it. An office job is a lot easier, trust me.
Pull that Barge, Toss that Bale and Bake that Cherry Pie. ☺
