Thank you for your time. I am just a small working man that needs a job. But I choose not to be ran over wrongly. Did I judge rightly, or should I of just of shut my mouth and let this man keep cheating people wrongly.

He isn't a Christian. He goes to church to speak to friends and expand his business (and maintain his business ties). He is like those whom the Lord drove out of the temple with a whip.
