Going by that chart I would say that Doc Holliday was standing in the lower right quadrant. ;^)
gene roddenberry always did say that st was a western in space
Thanks for the info...But he IS in the foreground of the second pic.
I know the Clantons say they were in the right. I think the local sheriff sided with the Clantons. Then again, the trial vindicated the Earps.
The story in the movies was written by John Ford as told to him by Wyatt Earp. I’m sure it all needs to be taken with a grain of salt. And if I remember correctly one of the Earps was killed and another was maimed. Then Wyatt hauled butt west.
Now it’s time for a joke. There was a town out West where there were no women. Two cowboys wandered into a saloon and all the men were dancing with pigs. The cowboys asked the bartender about what was going on and he explained that since there were no women in town all the men had for romantic company was pigs. So one of the cowboys grabbed a pig and pulled her out onto the dance floor. As soon as the other cowboys saw it they all started running for the door. The cowboy stopped one and asked “Where ya’ll goin’”?
The man looked at the cowboy’s pig and said “Mister. You don’t understand. You’re dancin’ with Johnny Ringo’s girl!”
Yes Wyatt Earp was a bomb, I know. Just think it’s a better study of the characters.
