Ok... I understand the odd nature of this situation, but the fact is she did not hit anyone with the 2 to 3 ounce inhaler. Why is it noteworthy?

Er... is an ‘inhaler’ what I think it is? Little plastic tube, some kind of squeeze pump, something like that? They must have mighty men in the Dayton PD to survive such blows in the course of duty.
Let people get away with inhalers and the next thing you know it’s rubber chickens....
