In case you havent seen it yet...
The New Englander And Yale Law Review, Volume 3 (1845) states
The expression citizen of the United States occurs in the clauses prescribing qualifications for Representatives, for Senators, and for President. In the latter, the term natural born citizen is used and excludes all persons owing allegiance by birth to foreign states.

Thank you for your very rational and reasoned reply. I have learned.....
—”Thus, certificate of live Birth, that does not have the above info (Doctors name, time, height, weight, etc) does not give you a U.S. passport. Obama cannot produce this and has spent over 2 million dollars fighting it in court?”
I’m wondering why, then, was he able to get a US Passport before (to travel to Kenya and Pakistan) and, if so, what does it state on his Passport? He must’ve produced a B.C. right?
Also with the speculation that Obutthole might have been born in Kenya, I’m wondering why would his mom go there to give birth?
That part doesn’t make sense to me because if the sleazy Barack Sr. had a few other wives, there would sure be a major catfight if white Stanley Ann Durnam Obama showed up with a bun in the oven. Right?
You’re an idiot. It doesn’t matter where he was born. Both of his parents were not citizens.
and?
Precisely! I get so tired of hearing people, such as O'Reilly, say that Obama's birth was announced in the Hawaiian papers, so that's that.
The papers at the time routinely reported on births that were recorded each day at the department of vital records. Just like how they used to report on daily crimes from the police blotter. Do any of the critics also believe that the police were calling the papers every day to put an announcement in the paper for every crime that occurred? Of course not, and neither did Obama's parents have anything to do with the birth announcements. They were automatic.
What this means, then, is that it is entirely possible that Obama was born elsewhere, but had his birth certified by the State of Hawaii, as was their peculiar practice at that time. Said registration would have then resulted in the papers robotically generating birth announcements, whether he was born there or not. The newspaper announcements therefore only prove that his birth was registered in the state, but not necessarily that he was born there. I don't know why so many people are confused by this.
