I am an absolute chicken lover, when I was younger I rode with my dad who was a delivery driver to all the chicken fast food restaurants in an area in NE Texas, same chicken goes to KFC, Popeyes, etc.
So everyday I had a free chicken breast lunch.
Nowadays though I avoid those same fast food chicken outlets and instead I have a choice of several supermarkets that make their versions, at half the price.

The word, “decadent”, doesn’t even begin to do it justice...

But here’s the rub. Now that we have socialized medicine and our tax dollars are going to pay for others insurance, it does become our business what other people eat. That is the real evil of socialized medicine. Now everything becomes everybody’s business. And it leads to eventually having a bunch of “Stasi” informants.

Yesterday for lunch I had Sonic's Chicken Club Toaster -- a slab of chicken breaded and fried (much like one of the two chicken pieces portrayed in the KFC Double Down), crispy bacon, and enough of it you could actually taste it, melted cheese, mayo on the thick Texas toast, which had some kind of lube used on it as well, though it's called a toaster, the bread appeared grilled to me ... they add lettuce and tomato on the sandwich, the veggies don't detract from the taste.
As you can see, I survived consumption -- and it was delicious!! Really looking forward to this Double Down from KFC!

Looks like more “big butt” food; I’ll pass. It probably comes with a large order of french fries and a 32 oz sugared soft drink!
But they are free to offer it and people are free to buy it. At least until the food police come by and stop them
