HAM STEAK (seared and topped with hollandaise)
SIRLOIN STEAK (Butterflied, stuffed with crab)
SAUSAGES (fried and maple flavored)
BACON Thick, double smoked, awesome)
HASHBROWN POTATOES (golden brown with a butter pat on top)
EGGS (your way)
FRESH FRUIT
HOT & COLD CEREALS
CINNAMON ROLLS (rich, frosted, served hot with butter)
COFFEE (Sumatra dark)
TEA (Earl Grey)
MILK (cold in the glass, frothy top)
JUICES (Assorted, but we’re pushing the Kiwi this morning)
MID-MORNING SNACK
SLICED GOUDA CHEESE
SLICED FRUITS
BLUEBERRY ALMOND BANANA MUFFINS

What a precious memory of your hubby! My father also strummed on a ukelele.
Speaking of Fireplaces, my sweetie has a beautiful fire going right now,and as I sit here with my laptop finishing the last of my morning coffee, I see some beautiful clouds outside. I imagine myself on a “ vacation in the mountains”! HA! not! wake up Polly!! wake up!!

OH my, I definitely want the cheese and fruit for a snack too!!
Hi Polly, I’ve already ran 4 errands and guess which place made me mad? LOL! I decided to stop at McD. and get sausage and hot cakes and I always get a ticket. Well, when I got home and opened my breakfast there was no sausage. AND I couldn’t find a ticket! I was MAD! They make too many mistakes.
SO, I called them while my hot cakes were getting cold and when she answered I said “Are you a manager?” She said she was one of them, so I said, well, I ran 4 errands today and guess which one upset me? And then I explained it to her, including not getting a ticket so she took my name and said I could have a duplicate of that breakfast whenever I came back to McDonald’s. They make a lot of mistakes at McDonald’s.
Perhaps, I shouldn’t have gotten upset but it just made me mad. Its chilly today anyway and I’ve been freezing. We are having one of the spring’s cold snaps....LOL!
I will try to make this a good day! I should have eaten with Johnn, because I love corn beef hash!
Now I want you to have a good day! A vacation in the mountains or to the beach would truly calm me down...LOL!
