I didn’t say that this particular dog flipped out and my point still stands.
If your point is that a large dog ‘flipping out’ will cause more damage than a small dog, I agree.
However, I suspect that most dogs don’t just ‘flip out’. They exhibit vicious behavior over a signifigant amount of time and when the inevitable escalation occurs, the owners are quoted in the ensuing article as saying that they never had any warning, the dog must be defective.
