So far nothing on the Coconut Wireless....this is the first I'd heard of Janice Okubo's pending resignation. But just an aside, bureaucrats in Hawaii don't just up and resign (neither do politicians, even when convicted of crimes).
Sounds like a career ending move.

It is a strange sentence, we have never seen used before!!
I have problem with this word..."A m e r i c a n"... and would find it hard to believe the AG would approve that statement (if he really did that?)!!!
I am more prone to think that she as a M.D. was expressing herself in medical terms to CHA=CYA???
