Slightly off topic, but has anyone found a good article describing what actually happened over Norway?

Russian Bulava missile launch and failure. Followed by a mile sized pyramid shaped UFO over the Kremlin. I don’t know, but I think Big Foot is also involved somewhere in there...

Russian scientists are reporting to Prime Minister Putin today that the high-energy beam fired into the upper heavens from the United States High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) radar facility in Ramfjordmoen, Norway this past month has resulted in a catastrophic puncturing of our Plants thermosphere thus allowing into the troposphere an unimpeded thermal inversion of the exosphere, which is the outermost layer of Earths atmosphere. What kind of "Plant" has a thermosphere?

All my experience, all my knowledge, indicates that the JET STREAM is the major determinant in local weather patterns.
The JET STREAM is influenced by many things, (Solar Flares, Maybe even gamma rays from space), but the one thing it is not influenced by is CO2.
Thanks for clarifying what AO meant.

Russian scientists are reporting to Prime Minister Putin today that the high-energy beam fired into the upper heavens from the United States High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) radar facility in Ramfjordmoen, Norway this past month has resulted in a "catastrophic puncturing" of our Plant's thermosphere thus allowing into the troposphere an "unimpeded thermal inversion" of the exosphere, which is the outermost layer of Earth's atmosphere. To the West's firing of this 'quantum' high-energy beam we had previously reported on in our December 10, 2009 report titled "Attack On Gods 'Heaven' Lights Up Norwegian Sky".
Ordinarily I'd give this the pooh-pooh treatment, but then I noticed it was published in Pakistan Daily, the only newspaper I can trust. Also, I'd noticed that on my bathroom windowsill, my plant's thermosphere had been punctured.

You forgot this:
Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.
Looks like the Air Force needs to update their chart.

Could be the Russians trying to pass the blame for their own weird, failed experiment of some kind gone awry.

Are we seeing the foundational lies to explain why CO2-from-man's-industry-causing-global-warming has halted and reversed? Blame the US should be quite popular with Barry Soetoro and his democrat fascist gang.
