Yes. Indubitably.

Consider the following analogy (or is it a similie, or perhaps a metaphor) -

The salt shaker is as dangerous to peoples health, and children’s too, for that matter as an ashtray. We don’t keep ashtrays on dining tables, why salt shakers?

Constant exposure to salt shakers can lead to a desire for salt especially among the those young and vulnerable to peer pressure like the insidious statement “pass the salt, dude”.

Salt, it’s like cocaine for food!

Re: asbestos WTC.

IIRC, the uppermost floors of the WTC were deliberately asbestos-free due to weight concerns. This from the early postmortems in 01/02 that tracked the building of the WTC.

A scion of the building industry like Binnie would no doubt have had some knowledge of that, hence the desire to aim the planes above a certain floor.
