As another poster said elsewhere, "Ive heard its more like 'Dances with Wolves' with ray guns."
This “protagonist” goes native and turns weapons on his brothers in arms. How is he any different than a Muslim officer who shoots up Fort Hood? I’m supposed to cheer for this dude and curse the humans when I see the US military cast in the role of 9/11 terrorists?
I want to go enjoy the 3D eye candy, but I won’t root for a traitor. The enjoyment would turn to ashes in my mouth.
Why not? I am a free man. I am free to choose. Why do you care what I go and see?
If you don't want to go and see it- don't. This is freedom. I don't care what books you read, what films you see. It's not my business.
What really bothers me is when other people try to tell me what to watch, read, spend my money on etc.
I'm looking forward to seeing it. We don't have an IMAX screen in Edinburgh. But there is one in Glasgow. I'm going to see it here Thursday morning before I go to work. If I like it enough, I'll go over to Glasgow and watch it again on the IMAX screen.
Give a rest, son. I've followed your other dimwit posts. You've had enough say on the matter.
No. I think I’ll comment as much and as often as I want- as long as I’m a member.
That’s the way it works.
I don’t care what you think of my posts.
LOL. I just noticed that. So, you're like my groupie? My fan club? It's kind of touching in a way.
I’m with you.
Catch it later on DVD, if you must. But I’m not for giving this type of propaganda a “win” when it first comes out.
Media Lesson 1: If you want people to read your stuff mention Sarah Palin, no matter how much you have to stretch to get her in there.
wow, I didn’t see anyone “telling” you what to see or read.
Asking “why?” is simply that: asking “why?”
Saw it 25 years ago.
Ok. Thanks for your input.
Now I know the whole story. Liberal claptrap!
Think I'll watch the Duke in Fort Apache tonight.
Anything to it?
Since I don’t now, never did, plan on seeing it - no spoiler warning required.
I’ll see it too lol
We’ll be the black sheep around here
It might turn out to be crap. But that's the same risk I take every time I go to see a film. It couldn't be worse than 'The Happening' or 'Shadowboxer'. The former, in particular, was so bad that I thought M. Night Shyamalan should never be allowed to direct another movie. It was so bad I was literally stunned and it's hard to shock me.
I'll come back to the forum after I've seen this film and give my honest opinion of it. If it stank, I'll say so.
There seem to be a lot of folks on FreeRepublic that still plan on seeing it. Not a good sign, though I do hope this leftist cheesefest bombs.

Why did you act so offended when someone asked you why you wanted to see it? You obviously came here to share your opinion, but act offended when someone asks for your opinion?
