I have a feeling that Tiger's "indefinite" leave from golf might not last very long.

as per tiger's statement, "i will take off time to become a better husband, father, and person."

to steal another freeper's comment, "how can you be the former without being the latter???????????????

Good for her, I am not in her shoes, but this is the right thing to do, imho. Get out.

As another FReeper said earlier today, he’ll be back for The Masters.

This is a woman who knows what she wants to do and do it quickly. In three weeks she’s gets a divorce lawyer, moves out of the house, and buys a house half a world away. She ain’t lookin’ back....

I wish he would tell everybody to go f-themselves.

He just needs to stand up and say, “I am the best and I like women, so leave me the hell alone.”

This isn’t news to anyone except Tiger fanboys who believe the spin his team has put out; namely that they are together and he is willing to quit golf for her and their sham marriage. This is all cover for when they divorce so he can say he valiantly tried to make amends.

It may not last long, but it will be a circus when he plays again. And it won’t be positive. The media will decend on him like flies on $hi......

I’d agree with you if he was in the right. That’s the difference between a cheating unrepentant jerk (which he would be if he did what you suggest) and a guy who’s right but being picked on for being right.

He should have never married and just whored around. I have no respect for the jerk.

Screw him.

If he really liked women, he wouldn’t have humiliated his wife in this manner. She should take him to the cleaners and find a nice blond Swedish guy who isn’t a sex addict.

No he shouldn’t have... but since he is caught and being bagged on he should pull a Charlie Sheen move... speak about redundancy... whatever he likes.

Perhaps Louisiana Judge Keith Bardwell knows something that most Americans refuse to admit.

The best should never have to buy it.

The payment is for them to leave afterwards.

Yeah, and I’m sure she married him for his looks... she married him because she likes money too. Hell, she probably inadvertently set a subconscious mindset that he could pay and buy off anyone with enough money.

That's fine, if he was single, but he got married and had kids. Should he tell his kids to go f-themselves too? If you don't think he has a moral obligation to his family, please forgive me for not using you as my barometer for how to conduct ones self.
