I love that Ted Kennedy was listed AFTER Dom Deluise. From what I’ve read since he died, Patrick Swayze was a good man, but Paul Harvey is the most irreplaceable on the list.
Whenever I read these lists, I think of Jim Caroll’s “Those Are The People Who Died.”
And this year, Jim himself, is on that list.
When I go to visit my moms gravesite, I pass a small headstone with the name of a boy that died when he was only 18 months.
It is a sad reminded of how fragile life is.
