because the item itself is not illegal.. it may be intended to used in an illegal way... but it’s not illegal itselfLOL, I believe Tommy Chong (1/2 of the Cheech+Chong Brand Name) would have a different viewpoint on this issue. In 2003, he was nabbed for distributing thousands of bongs and marijuana pipes online through his California company, Nice Dreams Enterprises. U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab gave him nine months in a federal lockup and fined him $20,000.
