Sounds like something the Obama White House might try.
My Wife thought it was a *government* attack also.
There’ll come a day.
I have read that supposedly there are tracking cookies if you go to the White House website now. Which would seem to be in violation of the “13 or older” provision on tracking the activities of kids (since there is no request for acceptance or age input required).
I used this methode and it seems to work. (let ya’ll know if it doesn’t)

I don’t know why the WH wouldn’t use tracking cookies. Everyone else does.
because many internet websites use unethical and illegal activity to engage in their "tracking" (which is why we have viruses and malware) and our government is not in "business" and has restrictions on their own activity even on the web.
Like the CIA, FBI, NSA...etc?
Don’t think they play by the same rules.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\CSUninstall\Uninstall
From the Paste the following string to Windows Explorer address bar and execute it (Press Enter key):
or
1. Open My computer, choose Disk C;
2. Find Program Files=>Common Files=>CSUninstall=>Uninstall
3. Run the file Uninstall.lnk
After that our product will be removed. Sometimes it takes more than one try to remove the product due to temporary technical difficulties, so please try to do it several times.
However, I would do this first:
press ctrl+alt+del
click process
click cs.exe
and click end process
I basically rely on “pray and press” (one virus in 10 years of extensive Internet use) and find this helps:
