I know this is a day late, but I didn’t feel it and I am 45 miles east of Sac in the foothills. I usually feel bay area quakes and the hardest quake I ever felt was one that hit in the Yosemite area around 1996(can’t remember the exact date)that almost shook me out of bed. Didn’t feel this one though.
