TOO LATE! GET A LAWYER...YOU WILL NEED ONE!
Despicable record for Sanchez and his hit and run.
does this mean he got served papers already for the lawsuit?
Too late, Sanchez worm, I hope Rush sues even the earwax out of your ears.
Talk show host Steve Malzberg said that since Sanchez didn’t say Rush REPORTEDLY said, but instead reported it as fact, he most likely opened himself up to a huge libel suit.
That’s why the apology, which I’m sure Rush will accept as a vindication.
:-)
BTW if anybody hasn’t checked out the FREE podcasts of Steve Malzberg and Roger Hedgecock, these guys are spectacular IMHO.
Rush waited to long to strike back. The lies are now fact. Explaining this to loyal listeners was nice but so what . He needed to come out fast and hard. Must be taking advice from Rove. To anyone but his devoted fans , all he will be remembered for are the lies .
Takes ten words to tell a lie, and ten million words to disprove it.
Just damn, guess who wins?

That’s why I’m saying...if I had $100 million dollars, I donn’t care if they’re the Pope, I’d sue the hell out of them for defamation and libel and create the biggest stink in the history of US journalism.
A (much) less destructive version of this “too good to check syndrome” pops up all the time on FR.
A freeper runs across a quote on the interwebs from Jefferson, Lincoln, Washington or some other famous person. The quote is posted without any real attempt to find out whether the person actually said any such thing.
It happens because the statement so exactly mirrors the posters own belief system that it MUST be true. What would be the point of checking it?
The odd thing is that when I or others point out the inaccuracy of the quote, the reaction is often anger, as if we’re disagreeing with the meaning of the statement rather than its attribution.
Similarly, liberals KNOW Rush is a racist, because he’s conservative and X = Y. So when a convenient quote shows up to prove something they already know to be a fact, they rush it onto the air.
IOW, he’s not a racist because of these fake quote, he’s racist because he’s conservative and the fake quotes merely illustrate a self-evident fact.
He’s protecting himself from being sued. Period.
Another of the new style apologies — you know, the ones where you don’t actually say “I’m sorry.”
Too little too late imo.
Did you say that Sanchez apologized for being a....
guess he’s guilty huh?
Oh, my bad! LOL my bad.
I’ll try and remember that, thanks!
