Why??? Are they going to file his taxes for him?? He did not commit a violent crime nor did he injure anyone. Why the hell should they spend valuable time keeping tabs on this guy when I'm sure there's a bank robber or someone who could use the extra attention?? Finite resources should not be wasted on this kind of white collar crime.

Nope, original sentence.
On May 16, 2006 he was sentenced to 51 months in prison, plus three years of supervised release after serving his sentence.

51 months... that’s harsh, man. IRS stinks. And now, 3 years of supervised release? Come on. We have killers, rapists, child abusers etc. walking free. This is BS.
