I’d bet weather, as best as I remember, Moscow has some of the most sophisticated AA defense systems in the whole freakin’ world. No way they missed a HUGE thingie right over their heads.

Good thing it didn’t happen here. Just what we need is more illegal aliens. We would have to let them land and all come in and provide them with free medical care, bank accounts and driver’s licenses. The next thing you would know they would be driving sll the cabs in New York City.

Agree 100% I've seen it before and can't remember exactly where. Maybe its a form of lenticular clouds... which can be pretty weird looking!
