Also, jewelry works too.
I thought I was just horny. I had no idea I needed a reason other then that.
Yeah, time has proven that the universe did me a favor.
I see some of those women now on occasion and it’s clear that, for the most part, I was spared a huge burden.
“One word: jewellery.”
One l, unlimite k’s.
:)
You really don’t need a reason other than that.
I couldn’t be out there now. It’s different than when I was in high school/college/single/YOUNG. Mostly, I’m just not young anymore so it’s a whole different dating world. At least from what I hear from my single or divorced friends.
I dated in high school (junior high too) and college. I met my husband in college. He met me in college. It was the right time for both of us apparently. There was none of this pyschobabble crap either. From what my kids tell me, there’s no dating now, it’s right into a bf/gf relationship zone.
“From what my kids tell me, theres no dating now, its right into a bf/gf relationship zone.”
One thing that isn’t talked about is how all that is happening in our country affects the young.
I was in high school in the late eighties, in the mid-west. Reagan was in office and everybody was happier, I think.
Now, they are flooded with reasons why they should be afraid of something, angry about something, or guilty about something.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all that they were, by and large, more ‘clingy’ now.
I was in high school in the early 80s. In the city, Philly. Reagan was in office and I was happy.
Exactly! In two or so decades, times have changed. Just like they always have changed, imo.
They are flooded with reasons to be afraid, angry, or guilty. It’s up to parents to not teach that but so many parents are teaching just that. They’re raising their kids to be afraid, angry, guilty. Raising their kids to be “clingy.”
Many are more “clingy” now. Sheesh. It’s pitiful, imo. I see it all the time. Freakin nanny state from both sides, left and right.
Women typically know how to spell that word backward, forward, and inside out...
