What bothers me even more than the fact Obama is a fraud freely elected by the American people is that SO MANY of us tried to get our Supreme Court Justices to look at the evidence and the questioning of his legitimacy and they wouldn’t do it!! I know for one how many letters I wrote to many officials in the state of my birth, in Florida where I lived and in Washington...plus John McCain and the GOP. NOBODY took any of us serious and now have attached the title BIRTHERS to us as if we are a bunch of nuts to be ignored and ridiculed. I am all for a third party movement if it would get these Communists out of office. There are enough of them in both the Democratic Party AND the Republican Party to continue to destroy our country. We MUST get rid of everyone in Washington DC and start over. Clean out that nest of vipers!!

Side note .. stunning to me also is the connection to Oscar Brown, Jr. .. one of my early introductions to jazz in my teens .. he was a fave. I’ve got his hit .. “Work Song” which I know verbatim and like for the music and rhythm. Duh .. I never really payed close attention to the words ..just sang them by rote. It’s about the chain gang and ‘servin’ my time.’ And there’s another song of his for sure about slavery, as I now recall. When you’re young and foolish .. that’s what you are.

1. Valerie Jarrett was born Nov. 14, 1956, in Shiraz, Iran, where her parents, James and Barbara Bowman, lived for six years. Her father, a doctor, was working in Iran as part of a program that sent American physicians to developing countries.
2. The family also lived for a year in London before settling in the Hyde Park area of Chicago.
3. Jarrett’s great-grandfather, Robert Robinson Taylor, was the first African-American to graduate from MIT.
