.

Exactly

I am curious about what SCOTUS thinks of Obama’s new Gestapo turn in your neighbor plan

If this gets worse it is likely that the Constitutional sections regarding the Supreme court and the judiciary will require drastic ammendments to restrain and mandate their duties

Sotomayor needs to be the permanent target as she attempts to impose her Socialist and racist agenda

I don't KNOW all of the functions of the Supreme Court. Would they actually be able to step in and put a stop to anything? - if they had the votes to do it?

I wrote way back that when they first put out three names of women that Obama favored for SCOTUS, it was said that Sotomayor might be “held back” because SHE WOULD BE EASIER to get through than the other two!

They figured if they could get one of the worst through, then they would use Sotomayor later on. This is all true, I read it and recall it precisely.

Then, something changed their plans.

Still don’t know what SCOTUS can or can’t do.

Powers of SCOTUS

To interpret and ensure proper application of the laws written by the legislative branch and enforced by the executive branch.

“Congress makes the laws. The President faithfully executes the laws. The Supreme Court interprets the laws.” This is how it is now, and always has been, under our Constitution.

If the President disagrees, he can veto the act passed by Congress. But Congress has the final say, because it can override a Presidential veto with a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress.

The act then become law.
