That works, its what I had used. I got the thing and read about the first 30 pages, it might as well have been written in some ancient foreign language. Its "lawyer-ese" and I'm betting lawyers would have a problem "reading" it. We're actually better off looking at something like jeffhead.com where the excerpts are all listed ... in language we can understand.

You know, the "church" put the prayer books in the "language of the people" ... maybe the laws of the land should be in the "language of the people" too so we could actually read the damned things.

There isn’t just one bill, there are three. The first one is the one linked above, the House bill. There is also a Senate bill, and another bill that the Senate Finance Committee was working on this week. In addition, I think the Republicans have offered bill in both houses of Congress.

There are at least 5 versions floating around, not including the campaign-rhetoric-driven blather (additional versions) from the TOTUS. It’s like trying to hit a moving target - intentional confusion, I’m sure....

Guess that’s why it’s so difficult for Conyers to understand it - hope his law license isn’t valid any longer. He’s so dumb, he doesn’t realize congress is filled with attorneys if he needs interpretations.

obuma doesn’t address any specific provisions we’re reading only that it’s all misinformation and scare tactics. Sure-the day we start believing him will be the day we see him flying off to the moon.

Just because I can’t stand NOT being confused - do you know the other bill numbers? I believe the one we’ve all seen is HB 3200..but I haven’t run across any other numbers.
