I’m an avid fan of ad-blocking, so I’m very sceptical of any browser produced (and offered free!) by an advertising company.

Cool. Hope that they fixed the bugs in the first one.

I just downloaded 2.0 and it is immediately faster.

Google, like AOL, is a virus.

I don’t doubt its speed.
I question the wisdom of trusting my privacy to any advertising company.

Which bugs did you notice? I don’t know if it’s a bug, but paging back on forms is sometimes annoying.
To: Petronski; MissDairyGoodnessVT
That’s an interesting point. They have something called “incognito” mode, where it doesn’t track you at all- even your own browser doesn’t remember things.
To: nickcarraway
I was not aware of “incognito mode” and I am not anti-Google.
I’m going to give it a try in the next few days and will probably remember to report back.

I can’t say I’m pro-Google, but a friend convinced me to try it, and it has been a good experience.

Google = Skynet. Filled with Obama lovers but so is Apple.
Debating between the iPhone or G-Phone but both companies are Lib and Obama lovers.

It’s simple — pick the best product, don’t worry about the politics of their makers :-)

It has grown on me. Less wasted space, still has ctrl+-, which what I like about Firefox. Does seem quicker and interface is better which takes a little getting used to.
