I've watched the replay a hundred (exagerated) times and I don't know where she started or where she came from.
Is anyone clever enough to graphicate (kewl word, eh?) an overhead pole position and various points along the way how this magnificent horse got through to win?

The overhead video was amazing, it looked like the other horses were trotting.

Overhead view of finish - pretty amazing how the horse slipped inside past the leaders.

The horse is a gelding...
Look at the following video and for a good bit of it Mine That Bird is in last place and out of the picture. However at about the the 1/4 pole watch the top picture and you’ll see a horse with the jockey in black/silver begin to move along the rail. That is the winner.

The other jockey's didn't even try to block her squeezing through the inside rail.. That is what amazed me the most!

Watch the ESPN video - (the top smaller panoramic-type view, not the bigger close-up shot)
http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=4128506&categoryid=2488837
He comes out of gate#8 and gets squeezed to the back and is running out of cameraview dead last until about 1/2 way down the backstretch when he starts to make a move. You’ll see him come out of nowhere flying close to the rail (it’s hard to distinguish, but it almost looks like the jockey is wearing a black hood) and then gets a bit lost in the pack coming around the final turn and then breaks to the rail again.

they didn’t have a chance to block..by the time they knew he was there, all they could see was the dust being left behind..it was that fast..
