It wasn’t that dear “buddy” that your dads friend befriended, was it?

Rabbit and deer are hardly “wild game” to some of the new england rednecks I know. I get scared when I eat over, they kill & grill some funky critters. Squirrel one night. No thanks!

I’m most extremely dubious. It just doesn’t look that exceptional to me. And your right, the Russians would have pillaged it completely. The Russians ripped the plumbing out of German buildings and sent it home.

Well, I was cooking it at my friends’ house. They are transplants from Florida so it’s all very exotic to them.

No, it wasn’t the deer named “Buddy”! He is still safe.

As far as eating funky critters, I had some raccoon not too long ago. Not exactly my favorite, but once a year’s okay.

I figured in your neighborhood, that would be common fare. LOL!

Glad buddy is still kickin’.

That venison recipe sounds great. Blah, it’s meatloaf for me tonight. UGH. C’mon payday!

Mr Fanthorpe said the clock belonged to a soldier despatched to the dictator's bunker after the fall of Berlin in 1945, whose wife refused to display it in her home and chose to sell it after her husband's death.

This was a Soviet soldier?

It’s ugly enough to have been a favorite of der f’s.
