Noticed the same thing with FedEX.
I would suspect you are correct. But alas, who is John Galt?
Let’s see I’ve had an overnight delivery, regular drop off, and pick up is here now.
Some of us can’t even get the Post Office to deliver to our homes or even neighborhoods, even though we and those who mail to us pay full price.
Exactly. Gone to Galt’s Gulch.
FedEx is in dire straits currently. My neighbor has a son who has worked for them as a mechanic for several years now. The word is that they’re struggling badly.

Your street is probably not accessible by a right turn.
My dad worked for UPS for 30 years.
Around here (NC) the local center numbers change all the time and they don't publish them. They are only given out to the drivers, managers etc. at that local center.
They really, really want people to call the main toll-free number to inquire about pickups.
Fed-X, UPS secretly going bankrupt, but keeping the news under wraps till USPO is ready to take over thru a top secret nationaliztion plan.
Call your preferred customer service phone number.
UPS has picked up at my facility every day this week although they’ve been late every day as well. We close at 5 and expect them to be here by 4:30 but have had to wait until nearly 6 every day this week.
An interesting difference between FDX and UPS is that all the FDX ground trucks are contractors. FDX can shed costs really quickly in their freight and ground operations.
We ship stuff by the truckload on FDX all over the world; we have not noticed any drop in service.
I have no first hand experience with residential service of late.
A fictional character created by a mean, self-absorbed feminist.
It's not uncommon for UPS to not show up, especially if you don't have an account with them.
The FDX Ground contractors get screwed. FDX has been sued many times over fraudulent inducements. They usually give the money back invested and find some other sucker to do the work.
