He has “promised” not to smoke at the White House. Besides, his mother-in-law is there.

What a putz.

I wonder if it’s time to start a pool on when this guy is going to have a meltdown.

When's the next big Muslim holiday? I'm expecting a 'celebratory' terror attack on that date, and I'll take two days afterwards in the pool on the meltdown.

obama goes to Elkhart Indiana because that’s where RV’s are built:-lets see if I’ve got this right:
-RVs are bought by the “rich” who must share their wealth-through higher taxes, and who now may not be able to afford RVs
-RV sales can be “stimulated” by targeted tax breaks to buyers or potential buyers-and there are no such tax breaks in the so called “stimulus” package.
-RV are gas guzzlers-which obama and his lib friends want to see put out of business
-RV sales are dependent upon low or reasonable fuel prices, which we can NOT have because oil exploration and refining is being limited in this country by the enviorweenies and lefties in congess.
Yep, makes good sense for him to promote his stimulus package there.

The Islamic New Year (Muharram) is sometime next month - can't remember the day. While it's a Muslim holiday, they're pretty mellow about this one - at least in Iraq.

Sorry...it's Mohammed's birthday that's next month.

OK, that one could get a little dicey.

And Obammy strives for plenary power.

I'm sure he wants a plenary session in the Senate today for the debate about his economic destruction plan.

We may witness the actual unwinding of America.

Interesting.

Well, I speak Russian. I wonder if they need any good computer developers there? The women are HOT.

I honestly think the American people are more resilient than most realize. I think we're approaching the fed-up point real fast.

All those people know how to do is golf, make restaurant reservations and sip lattes. We know how to do a lot more. We're a tougher breed than they are. And despite the ACORN results, there are more of us than there are of them.

I can sympathize... when I worked in DC the commute was terrible.

I've got a sibling and sibling-in-law there. They finally sold their nice house in Woodbridge and got a condo in Old Town Alexandria to eliminate their long commutes.

The loss of quality-of-life from Woodbridge to Alexandria is negligible. I'm down in Fredericksburg and the lifestyle difference is worth the even-more-hellish commute. I'd quit my job before I'd move any further North (see tagline).

We had a bad hit from the ice on our property but nothing like the devastation in NW Arkansas and Kentucky. The pine trees in our area seem to have taken the worst damage. Everywhere we drive people are cleaning up their property. We will be weeks taking down some damaged trees and cleaning up brush. We had just gotten most of hurricane IKE taken care of when the ice storm dropped by. Rural living has its drawbacks, LOL. I am sure the KY folks appreciate your state helping out. Thanks for your prayers.

This is the story from the Pittsburgh Trib today:
“Senate stimulus cuts state deep
The Senate on Tuesday passed an enormous economic stimulus bill that could strip cash-strapped Pennsylvania of $500 million in aid while giving hundreds of billions of dollars to small towns for long-awaited construction projects”(Biden is already back trackking saying that it will pump 16 billion into PA-regardless). I laughed my ass off when I read that headline-that buffoon Rendell was all over TV pushing the “stimulus” package-it’s actually going to cost PA. He’s an idiot.
