Some days, Bob, it’s an effort to get out of bed, much less cook for myself. And some days, when I can get up, I can’t get the energy together to take a shower.

On the days when I DO feel good, I make myself sick by trying to get all the things done that day that I haven’t felt well enough to do for the last month.

I’ve eliminated some of the work by using disposable dishware.

But it IS a good idea!

We’re expecting some wicked winds again tomorrow. GACK!
The only good thing is that if the wind blows at just the right speed, it takes the smog and gunk out of the valley. If it blows at higher speeds, we get dust and static electricity, and people start to get idiotic. Less speed means the smog just hangs there.

Lucky me! I live up high enough on the bench so that I can see the valley. Or not. :o]

I used to make bread all the time, when I had fewer children. I should keep an eye out for a machine at the secondhand store.

The kids could do it. As long as the ingredients are added in the right order, you'll get a great, fresh loaf every time.

The basic rule is, do what you find fun or easy to do, and exchange that for things that you find difficult to acquire. Rest assured, your President does not have this rudimentary appreciation for basic economics!
