You are making the assumption they are actually suing versus talking out of their a**** like they have about everything else? Why would they sue Fox when, in December, they claimed CIA spies where preventing the tape from being played? They have been making up the story as they go.
None of the above, they are writing a fiction story, probably keeping it going for hits to their blog.
That’s what I figured.

Well, ole Chief Editor Korir basically let everyone know it was a hoax, being of a type of the Dark Socratic methodology, in which one “punishes” idiots for believing a lie that is so outrageous that they are plainly stupid for doing so.
What is amazing is that ole Chief Editor Korir figures that everyone is still so stupid and idiotic enough, that even after he’s made it clear that he’s punishing the stupid ones (for believing his hoax), he’s going to continue punishing them, because they haven’t been punished enough (because they still believe the hoax... LOL...).
So, that’s the story there...
